After confirming the target real estate, Largo engages in the negotiation with the seller on behalf of the client.

Upon condition is agreed between the seller and the buyer, the fund raise including loan arrangement.


6.Essential Matters
  Instruction

Before the conclusion of agreement, the essential matters regarding the real estate must be explained by the person who has the qulification of Real Estate Broker Licence.

Asking the registration of ownership transfer to a judicial scrivener(perparation phase)
Closing fund raise, etc.
(Real estate registration: the phisical status(location, area etc.) and the ownership (owner's name and address, mortgage etc) of any deemed substantial assets, such as lands and buildings,must be written in a registry book. This system places the real estate transaction secured and smoothly.)


9.Payment for the balance
